Better Email Writer

RELEASED IN BETA

Our AI Email Writer Tool is now available for all.

Using your premium credits
This will use our mixed LLM agent. Our agentto write these highly optimized emails consists out of multiple agents when using your Mailvio premium credits (only available for Mailvio subscribers) each step will be executed by the LLM that does that step best (we have extensively tested that)

If you set your OWN LLM API key you have to pick ONE and it will use the same LLM for all steps which can sometimes result in slightly less quality emails (depending on which LLM you pick) or slight increase in errors where the LLM just failed to execute the task correctly (some LLM's do that more than others). If you go with your own key (and thus get unlimited usage) we recommend you pick Claude or Gemini as they have better results than OpenAI for most of the steps.

This update converted AutomationAI into 'AI Email Writer Tool' and it offers:

1 Email Rewriter.
You write the email, put it in and it will detect all spam trigger words and automatically replace them for you so that spam trigger ratio goes under < 3%. The AI is instructed to make minima changes, and it also rewrites your subject line for better performance

2. Promo Writer
You fill out URL of a sales page for your promo, pick how many emails you want to send for this promo (1-5 emails) and pick some styles and it will write hyper optimized, top email copywriter quality promo emails that get CLICKS. We've extensively split tested our agent vs our professional copywriter and the AI agent won each time after a while!

This agent is trained our the full power of Mailvio 120+ million emails and counting. Not just what to do, but also what NOT the do for campaigns that had poor performance.

3 AutomationAI
Just like before, if you need a bigger email sequence (5-40 emails) use this tool. We've updated it to latest LLM models but nothing more. This tool does not yet optimize for spam trigger words, we will do that later.

So no more excuse of writing bad promo email campaigns that get trashed in your audience's their spam folders! We'd love to hear about your results and opinion on this new massive addition to the Mailvio platform.

The one big missing feature to improve email deliverability that is not yet already present in Mailvio is a way to make writing better emails 10x easier.

You can write the world's best-converting email copy, but if the email doesn't go to the primary inbox and actually gets read by a real human, all the effort is for nothing. The effort into your copy, the funnel, the offer, everything.

This means it is often needed to mellow down the copy and replace or remove certain words and phrases because we know they trigger that annoying AI gatekeeper that decides where your email goes.

We've split-tested it multiple times on our own affiliate promotion emails, and each time, the open rates are 2 to 3 times better with the mellowed-down copy that doesn't contain any trigger words or phrases. That result was kind of obvious to us, but what surprised my business partner Neil (a copywriter by trade) is that the click rates are also 2x higher with each test.

Higher click rates mean more sales and, thus, a clear winner.

Doing this manually (even with the help of GPT) takes quite some time and effort. Hence we want to built this into the Mailvio email editor to make this a matter of a few mouse clicks each time you create a new campaign.

Note: this is going to be a big feature so we expect it to take quite some time.

Email Sequence Writer update (AutomationAI)

From now our we will refer to AutomationAI as 'Email Sequence Writer'!

We've made the Email Sequence Writer compatible for our new 'AI Email Writer Tool' customers and using your custom AI API key so you can use it unlimited w/o consuming our premium credits. So it now works with Claude and Google Gemini as well (before it was only based on GPT).

In the future we will:

- Add our spam trigger word replacement AI agent

- Add our 'tone-of-voice analyzer' AI agent for those emails

This will make the emails more 'instant send' ready BUT also increase the average cost per email it generates from around 2 cents now, to 15-20 cents. And it will make the generation a bit slower as well (so no more streaming text).

Update to new dashboard

We've made some small updates to our recently brand new Mailvio dashboard.:

What is new:
- we added dropdowns for easier and faster navigation to the main menu

- We now show your volume profile graph per domain and for your whole account. The 'per domain' view is what matters most as that is what Email Providers like Gmail / Outlook etc see of course.

In the near future we will add some data like upper and lower limit for today so you know exactly what your volume should be based ideally and how many emails you have send so far that day which will make it easier to manage your volume.

Then further down the road we can have a look at:
- showing those details per receiving email provider (e.g. for gmail alone)
- creating an -optional- system that when turned ON it will limit your volume to not send to much as per your own settings and send out alerts that you need to send more if you are low in sent and scheduled emails for that day.

Sender score dashboard update

As part of our major Mailvio Dashboard update this task was also completed.
Check it out at: https://app.mailvio.com

We're going to update the 'sender score' dashboard widget with:
- all sender domains (currently it only shows 3)

- Total account email volume data per day in total and per sender domain

Why add the volume information?
A consistent volume profile is really important for your email deliverability. If you spike more than 20-30% up or down in a day, your inboxing will suffer almost instantly. I still haven't totally figured out the logic behind that from the ISPs' point-of-view, as I personally think it is a bit ridiculous, but it is the way it is for now, and thus, it's very important to be aware of your volume profile for best deliverability.

3-Wave Sending System

UPDATE:
Apologies for the late announcement but this has been live for a few weeks already. We now offer 3 ways of sending your campaigns:

1 Fast (the normal way)
Just sending out all emails as fast as possible - still controled by our Sender Speed Protection System. Sending too fast for your domain reputation will get your reputation in the dumpster and all emails in spam.

2 Optimized Sending
This is our new automatic 3-wave sending feature! This should be your default sending method. Use your 0-60 day last engaged segment in combination with the automatic 3-wave sending method for best results!

3 Time optimized Sending
Only recommend if you have at least 3 months of consistent 3-wave sending. Using this method our AI will try and determine best time of the day to send your emails for every single one of your contacts. That means your campaign will be delivered over the course of 24h. Depending on the engagement data of your audience this can be very powerful but if you still lack data or your audience is just not that engaged we recommend using option 2.

------------------------------------------

The 3-wave sending system is something we teach all our users and has already proven to be super effective.
We strongly believe that going into 2025, this will become even more important.

For those who don't know:

This strategy of sending your email happens in 3 waves to train your 'AI adversary', the email gatekeeper, that pesky little (or big) fellow who decides if your emails go to the primary inbox, promo tab, or spam box. This AI, already implemented by Gmail (other ISPs are still a bit further behind), acts a lot like the TikTok, YT shorts, etc. algorithms.

And that makes total sense because the currency of the modern world is attention.

So, if your email gets good engagement with a small group of first-mail receivers (to whom you send your email first), then the rest will get primary inbox placement. If not, the email will go to the black hole, the spam filter (or in between in the promo tab).

Currently, what we teach needs to be implemented manually, which takes an extra 10-15 minutes per campaign. We are working on fully automating that for you in this task.
