We just added this latest training article that explains exactly how to setup hardcoding affiliate tracking ID's for platforms like JVZoo.com, PaykickStart etc.
Hardcoding affiliate ID's is common practice for product launches to make sure the affiliate get's credits for the clients they added during pre-launch.
In this example we show you how to do it step-by-step using Convertri page builder but you can follow the same steps for any other website/funnel builder or even if you build your own page and host them yourself (using AI or manual).

Happy hardcoding :)
We're happy to announce a significant update of our Mailvio website with a new focus and realization of what we really do and what makes us different from the competition.
I realized that every single competitor is avoiding saying what is most important.
The ESP for Automations (Active Campaign)
ESP for newsletters (BeeHiiv)
ESP for newsletters for NGOs
ESP for creators
ESP for X, Y and Z
But nobody seems to focus on what is truly most important to any business: Make Money.
Hence that is what Mailvio is the ESP off.. The ESP to Make Money. To send promotional emails and get them delivered.
Nobody wants to go that route because they know promotional emails are the hardest to get inboxed, but if you do it right, the way we teach and focus every single feature we have on.. you will get results like KVSocial.
KVsocial sends affiliate promo emails in the 'Make Money Online' niche (notorious for deliverability) every single day and all their sender domains are 'HIGH' in Google Postmaster, their open rates 40-50% consistently, click rates 2-5%.
Plus we've also updated our pricing page to be a lot simpler and more clear. We also switched our payment platform from PayKickStart.com to JVZoo.com (more on that in a few weeks).
The launch of our Lead Loss Prevention System
Today we've pushed step 1 and 2 of our new Lead Loss Prevention system to all Mailvians' their accounts.
At this point both Automations are still deactivated and over the next 2 weeks we will be sending some emails about this setup and the subscriber churn prevention. In those emails you will be able to opt-out from us activating the 'Ultimate Account maintenance' Automation.
Remember though, step 1 and 2 that we pushed to your account are responsible for up to 50% reduction in subscriber churn. A massive win for any email marketer!
If you have any questions or doubts - do reach out to us!
Happy Thursday!
We're pushing our focus on Email Deliverability one step further with the soft roll-out of our:
1. Ultimate account maintenance Automation
and
2. Reactivation template Automation.
The first automation will automatically place all contacts to whom you sent an email into the right 'buckets' over time. These buckets are:
1. 0-60 days engagement. Meaning contact has engaged at least once in the last 60 days (email these people regularly)
2. 0-7 days for new leads who have NEVER engaged since joining. Email as regular
3. 61-120 days last engagement. These leads are placed in the 'reactivation ' group and will go into the Reactivation Automation.
4. 7-21 days NEVER engaged. These leads are also going to the 'reactivation' group.
5. 120+ days last engaged. These leads go to the 'dead leads' group, and they should NOT be emailed via Mailvio anymore
6. 30+ days NEVER engaged. Also, 'dead leads'.
Once this Automation is placed in your account, we will start it. It needs no effort or work from your side.
The reactivation Automation, though, needs your input to write the emails. We will include instructions and examples, but you need to add your flair and voice to those emails.
For our customer 'KVSocial' (by Neil Napier), we managed to get a 29% reactivation success using the Automation, and 50% revival on our special 'dead lead revival' system (fully automated and done-for-you). This means a massive win in increasing the life span of your leads. The longer a lead is active on your list, the more profits you can generate.
The 2 Automations are being rolled out manually as we speak (want it? contact us and we'll get yours set up) and will be pushed to all users automatically in a few weeks.
The automated 'dead leads revival' system comes in 2 flavors:
A. bulk campaign (if you have > 10K dead leads). You pay $2 USD per premium revived lead.
B. an automated continuous running system. This is an add-on we'll sell, and the price will depend on your list size.
THAT IS NOT ALL
We're not done with all updates yet :). We also released a big update to our 'email verification and cleaning system'. Before, we cleaned emails at the moment they were scheduled to receive an email.
After this update:
1. We clean all emails as soon as they are added to your account.
3. To ensure emails don't go stale, we re-verify contacts regularly and proactively (the time to re-verify depends on previous cleaning results and status).
3. Then, on top of all that, we now also double-check and make sure the 'verification' has not 'expired' at the moment of sending, and if so, we verify it again based on the contacts that are scheduled to receive an email.
Happy emailing!
A while ago we created an automatic system that continuously scans sender domains used by all Mailvio customers. Based on the results we do active outreach to the owners of those domains if we detect an issue or a sub-optimal domain configuration.
Getting your domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Custom MX) set up to be 100% correct is critical, and the slightest error will tank your email marketing results.
One pending improvement for this system is automatically checking the SPF record and how many 'lookups' it does.
You see SPF lookups have a maximum of 10, everything after just flat out fails.
Each 'include:....' is 1 lookup, and the problem is many include: in your SPF DNS records, include sub-lookups. They also count.
Mailvio had 5 lookups due to the larger number of separated IPs. Five is a lot and can easily cause domains to surpass the 10 max. Hence, we made some changes, and now, we're happy to say we're down to 3.
