We've launched our direct integration from Kyvio to Mailvio.

(This was possible before using Zapier / Pabbly, but now we have a native integration)

Inside Kyvio, you can now connect your Kyvio account with your Mailvio account to sync all your contacts (new and old) continuously that you have in Kyvio and add them to 1 or more of your groups inside Mailvio.

This allows you to run your powerful Automations in Mailvio on any contact that enters your Kyvio CRM. This massively increases your marketing power in Kyvio powered by Mailvio and its unique segmentation and Automation capabilities.

We've updated the AutomationAI interface and with it introduced various great improvements.

1 We've added a Generated Email Index.
Each email subject is added while it generates and you can click them to navigate through all the emails created. Especially with bigger sequences this new feature is a godsend!

2 We've made better use of the horizontal spacing and the email preview & edit panes are not a lot wider depending on the width of your screen. This allows you to read the generated emails faster and make faster edits if needed

3 All emails generated now have a rich-text editor so you can instantly give the emails a bit more 'color' and add rich text features. Of course, when saving the sequence as an Automation into your Email Marketing module all these changes will be there as well.

Mailvio's AutomationAI now lets you set how to address your recipients in the generated emails so you don't have to fix this manually.

Before this update, the AI would use a random tag like [Recipient name] or something else in the generated emails. However, these tags are not recognized by the Email Marketing module when you save the sequence as an automation.

You can now select the correct valid tag from all your custom tags in the system or set it to 'custom' and set your own tag.

Today we bring you the incredible news that we have released the RFM Module to all users.

We've spoken about it at various times already but today we deem it stable and all working for all Mailvians who have access to it to start using it.

We are aware it lacks a bit of training - there is some explanation to be found on our Support website but we are already working on 2 more updates for this module:

1 Amazing bite-sized training that explains what RFM is, what each segment will represent and how to implement this in your email marketing for your business

2 An 'action' log.
So a time-line based view of everything that our RFM algorithm is doing. How many transactions are imported, how many new customers, how many people switched to other segments etc.

The RFM tool is unique and extremely powerful for your email marketing. In combination with the AutomationAI module, you can create super profitable automations for each of your segments and reduce what used to be many months of work to just a few weeks.
